Pinnacle of Bad Management

I lived at Pinnacle for nearly 6 years and was one of its original renters. During the time I lived there...I saw it go from absolutely the best place I've lived to nearly one of the worst. Initially, they had wonderful amenities (free movie rentals, free bike rentals, free game rentals, monthly social mixers, monthly movie parties, monthly family/kiddie activities, free cookies, free drycleaning pickup/drop-off, the list goes on and on). The management staff was extraordinary and someone was always there until 10PM to help you. It was really a 4-star place. However, over time, they got rid of staff, cut back on the amenities and now...you have what you have...a truly overpriced and mediocre place to live. The location is great...but it is really the ONLY thing they have to offer. I only lived there for so long because it was so convenient for my commute. In fact, management would offer NOTHING to keep its long-term residents happy. No incentives to stay. No break in rents...in fact...they increased rents beyond reason...which was the final straw for me. Best of luck if you have been mislead into moving here and I wish you the best as you cope with the management staff.
