Lots of noise here - neighbors partying/making love, courtyard, screaming babies, boats, planes, trains, cars, live music from local clubs/bars and street festivals. Merit Property Management is terrible; they do not return emails or phone calls. Bad plumbing - toilet leaks, garbage disposal emits smell of death/sewer smell which makes the whole condo stink, most of the electrical outlets don't work, the a/c doesn't work, ants, ants, ants....this is the worst place I have ever lived in one of the Country's nicest cities - oh the irony.
