The onsite office staff are rude,unprofessional and don't have the slightest idea of how to deal with people. Also, (which they don't tell you) they rent out your parking space during the day so strangers that live elsewhere have access to the garage and elevators, resulting in storage units being broken into and cars damaged.
This place is a complete nightmare!!!
