I love the smell of spilt bourbon in the morning!
Enjoy the sights of vomit in the hallways too. Party all night. Let your pals park their cars in the garage. It's OK. And if the garage is full just park anywhere. Block another 3 cars in for the weekend. They won't mind. There's plenty of disabled parking for the inebriated too. Escalade too big to fit in one space' Just park it diagonally across three. No problems! Have fun running around the halls setting the fire alarms off all day. Then light a dumpster and see if anybody leaves the building.
It's all good clean fun here at the happiest apartment block in Little Italy.
And the best thing: the management will do nothing to curb your fun and games.
Come and live in the dorms they call Porta d' Italia where it's Spring Break all year and enjoy it for yourself!
