I have been in the apartment for one year and am counting the days to my move. This experience has been one of the worst in my life. Planes, trains, automobiles, trollies, the coaster, your neighbor on the phone, the stench of rotting trash, never ending fire alarms, horrible, rude, arrogant management...there is nothing positive about this 'facility.' I have essentially been living in freshman dorms since arrival - how do they afford the rent you ask' Quite simple, just bunk 'em six or so to an apartment and wala! Anyone would be a complete fool to purchase a condo in this building - the construction is about as poor as it gets - and, oh, they probably won't mention that there is no freight elevator and the tiny elevators won't even allow a couch on board - forget about having your moving folks carry it up the stairs too - can't make the corners! Yes, one year and one chair - that's what fits.

What a miserable experience
