I agree with the last posting...broken promises indeed! So many things were promised before the lease was signed. If I had any advice I would tell you to not trust the management here. They make everything sound so wonderful when you are about to sign your lease, but offer little to no help after you are locked in.

Every time I go to the main office they act like they are so busy and so inconvenienced by my visit. Most of the people on my floor do not plan on renewing their lease since they are unhappy by the way things are run here.

Also, don't be fooled by the fancy security gate...it's open all the time letting anyone and everything through. It doesn't make me feel very safe. On weekends it's almost impossible to find a decent parking spot since they STILL haven't gotten their acts together and assigned parking.

I really feel the actual apartments are great and the location is great. I love the fact that they are new and feel the amentities are wonderful. The workout room looks great but sometimes things are broken.

I am glad I only have a one year lease b/c I will most likely not renew it. I know there are better places to live.
