Stay away from this overpriced property! I can't say anything nice about it! The office staff is belittling and condescending. The customer service is terrible!! You will be awakened by jackhammers early in the morning because they are constantly doing repairs on the buildings and grounds. How many times have they repaired the fountain and cracked concrete' Most of the time the security gates don't work, anyone can get into the complex. Lets not talk about parking; we still don't have designated parking spaces and they are towing cars all the time due to lack of parking management and spaces. Don't expect to get your deposit back either. They charge you to clean your carpet and expect you to bring a cup in to get paint so you can touch up marks on your walls. They do not paint the apt for the next tenant. Also, if your apt is not rented within a month after you leave, you are charged for them to clean it. Just say no!!
