I'm really not sure what all this fuss is about - I've been living here since September of 2004 and I really like it. Of course there are issues anywhere, especially when its a brand new place, like the pool wasn't ready at the time it was supposed to be, but what do you expect when you live somewhere that isn't finished.

My apartment is awesome. I love being up on the hill, I have a great view of the valley and I'm close to EVERYTHING.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with the office staff, they are always helpful and try to accomate me as best as they can. I renewed my lease and didn't have an increase either because of the setbacks with the builders. I think thats awesome, especially since rents in San Diego are super high and always go up(like $150.00 in some places!)
