I find it hilarious that anyone would praise this apartment complex and/or the staff. I mean honestly, you have to be writing a fake review because you actually work in the leasing office. Let's get serious, I know that you people have done that.
My fiance and I pay $1940 a month to live here. Our apartment is o.k., we have run into very little problems. I am still pretty pissed that they didn't offer us anything when we signed another lease. They should really clean the carpets or something. We have 2 cats and I'm afraid that they are going to charge us to recarpet the place when we move out. I pay more in rent than ANYONE I know. They should be bending over backwards to make sure that we are happy. I don't know if I'm just imagining it, but it seems like a lot of my neighbors have been moving out. I can think of at least 4 apartments in my building that are vacant. Why aren't they taking this as a sign' Word gets around people!
The parking situation has outraged me. It is absolutely insane that you need a permit to park in a guest space, not to mention that you need to leave a $50 deposit! How in the hell does that make any sense'! No one ever wants to come over to my house. My god, I'd like to have a guest once in a while to enjoy my view of Costco!
It makes me sick to my stomach that we pay as much as we do to live here. I know that it's our fault that we're still putting up with it, still another move from the third floor without the help of an elevator sounds so unappealing.
I hope that people actually use this website when they are shopping for apartments. Yes, I am bitter about this experience but I am not embellishing the facts. This is the third complaint that I've left here. Obviously something is wrong. If you want pay a $50 fine for accidentally leaving your garage door opened, never have guests over, and live in fear that your car could be towed for no good reason at any second then this is the place for you. Start saving because they want to nickel and dime you over EVERYTHING! And don't forget, they don't give a ---- about you!!!
