okay so I have lived here for 1 year and a half. I hired someone from frazee to PAINT my walls (not the maintenance) because for some reason they do not paint over doors'''' yes thats the type of place this is. TOTALLY IRRATIONAL AND RETARDED. The asst. manager has been changed 4 times now and this new girl OH MY GOD!! CAN SHE COUNT' She seems to be charging all kinds of people some outageous new fees for what' $50 for an ista payment not paid 9 months ago' yeah right show me a printout. When I asked it turned out she was wrong! uh duh!! anyway the people here are all nice we have all the same issues. But the staff sucks and is the costco runway finished yet''' They said NOV 2004! Its feb 2006 now! WELL I HAVE ALSO GOTTEN MY CAR TOWED THANKFULLY ONCE BUT I GOT IT RETURNED VERY DAMAGED AND WAS EXTREMEMLY OUTRAGED!! And yes I had to fix it myself cause the management could care less about anything then putting notes on your door 24/7. Everyone is moving out and I dont blame them. Look elsewhere because the apts. may be nice, but in the end its NOT WORTH IT.
