Ok, so, I wrote a bad review but do to traveling I could not move out. So I am walking from my car the other night, and a black guy walks up and says, 'good evening sir, how are you tonight." as he approaches I see he has a uniform on, badge, and belt full of gear. Wow, a cop, doesnt surprise me, but upon closer inspection and questions, he responds, 'no sir I am not a Police officer, I am security." WOW, what an improvement. then I realize he is with security. As I had previously mentioned they are good at what they do. His name was Jackson he said. The conversation with him was very customer service friendly, KUDOS to fenton for finding that guard company. I feel safer with a guard who is not afraid to approach people and welcome them. Gives me that warm fuzzy feeling inside. I have now changed my mind and will continue to rent here. Good job manager. On a side note it would be nice if management could let us use the spa after hours, or exchange the hours of use to midnight. just a thought, and parking still sucks.

Yes the new security is awful! They are too busy harrassing actual tenants for stupid ridiculous crap, rather than doing their doing their job of preventing crime. I am sure they are cheaper and HG Fenton is all about making money so they couldn't care less.
