I have lived here for 1.5 years. I love my apartment but I cant say much for the staff or maintiance. After 1 year they finally tell me that it would be alot of work to fix a light in my kitchen. The only reason why they told me that is because I said something to the maintiance person and then he told me the problem. Thanks management. They claim they are better than the old staff butt that is a joke. My lights for my apt complex have been off all week and when I told them they said it would be fixed but 5 days later nothing. It sounds mean but I hope someone slips so they can be sued becasue I know if I do there will be hell to be paid. There are good things...apt and how quiet it is. If I didnt work so close I would not stay....So to sum it up... If you dont need to talk to the staff and you can fix things yourself then you are good to go... bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

I've personally had no problem with maintenance, it seems the closer you are to the leasing office, the better you are treated. Any problem I have had has been corrected promptly within 3-4 days, also I even receive a daily newsletter on all the happenings for the month every month. All I recommend is to make sure and check out your place before you accept it. Usually the management has been pretty cool with the only problem in this place is lack of a coin machine for the laundry shiz

This is not true, we live right next to the management and we couldn't be treated worse.
