I can not express the amount of professionalism that is lacking from the management of this place. On top of the discurtious demeanor after they get you to sign your rent you find that after a closer look, everything in the apartment has been cheaply made and horribly thrown together. There are no lights in the main rooms....if you want some, you have to pay for them! Using low budget paint and carpet and having slabs of granite slapped sloppily on to countertops may save the company some money, but please be ready to fork out your deposit if you leave. The stains from the previous tenant will begin to rise up after a month leaving your apartment looking lived in for a couple years. Do not let me get started on the security with towing on speed dial. I was towed by mistake and was not even refunded. Portofino is the worst place I have ever rented from.
