This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. The management is horrible, I cannot believe the things they get away with. People will park in your parking spot and nothing will be done about it (this happend to my roommate and I about 8-10 times within a 9 month period), security is useless, you WILL NOT get your deposit back and you will also end up owing money. When I first moved in, my bedroom window was broken and it looked horrible (the white criss cross things were broken and crooked) and they never fixed it! They told me that there wasnt anything they could do about it. I had to have my shades drawn the entire time living there. This place is not worth the money.

They keep raising the rent to market value. As of today they have 11 vacant apartments. That is quite a lot. I would like to know what market they are evaluating.
