Everything has been great so far. I came in a little worried of the bad reviews. But so far everything has gone smoothly. We had a couple of minor issues with bathroom doors and windows etc. and within 24 hours of placing a service call a person came in and fixed it.

I had a parking issue in which my assigned parking was too far from my unit and the management took care of it and even reduced my rent! :)

I'll keep my fingers crossed by so far so good...

So, after a week do you still feel the same way? I must have one of the worst locations in the whole complex. If you are on the Friars road side be prepared for the traffic noise. I just love to hear all of the big semi-trucks bringing in their loads to Costco, Lowes, and Ikea at 4am. The trash dumpsters are always full. People park in the red zones and they really don't do anything about it. People don't pick up after their dogs. Speaking of dogs, they seem to ignore the size limit.
