I lived here for just over a year and have to agree with other reviews. Parking is a nightmare, forget having guests over, there is no parking for them. The walls are paper thin and security a joke. You can kiss your deposit and more goodbye! I had maintenance come into my apartment without prior arrangement and do a walk through without my attendance. Then,despite saying I owed for carpet stains I got stiffed for cleaning, paint work and replacement of a whole carpeted area.I ended up paying them over $1000 on top of losing my deposit. The carpets are wool but get stained very easily, the fixtures and fittings are shoddy and cheap, the gates are often broken so not very secure. People come in and raid the recycle bins. I did however find the staff polite and courteous but honestly this is not enough, you really don't get value for money, keep looking!
