Carlos who works in the office is a liar! He did not tell my roommate and I about the additional fees that we had to pay for when he gave us a showing of the apartment. He is like a salesman who says anything just wants to get you to say YES. He did no tell us that it would cost us extra for parking. We are required to pay an additional $30 for one spot that my roommate and I switch off using. We are on a waiting list for a second parking spot and that may take months. Also he did NOT tell us that water and trash was not included in the rent (another $30-35 a month).

I agree with you. Now is 2009 (May) and the office people still lie about the same things that you went through..Well, guess what, we are in the same boat, The office people (3)didn't tell us about separate water/trash bills and the way they calculate it,etc; Hmm,is it time for me to move out?!
