Not for the family oriented.....

I have lived here for almost a year. We have a baby and this apartment complex is NOT suitable for us. Loud, drunk, billigerent neighbors. There is vomit in the stairwells and even the enclosed hallways which are so disguisting to walk through. Residents speed through the parking lot. Someone even hit my brand new car while it was in the stall and ran away. We can't even leave the windows open because there is marijuana from next door that my baby cannot be breathing so we spend extra money on our electric bill for the AC. Stereo blasting from upstairs with bass rattling our ceiling, parties, and loud residents coming home drunk from bars especially on weeknights. (I used to be woken up at 2am because of residents hanging out in the parking lot.) Good-luck finding parking especially when there are stadium events @ Qualcomm. Nice location, close to everything but NOT worth it. There is a new resident manager who is great (Shay). The assistant manager (Jenny) is very helpful. There is one other woman in that office that is no help at all. Overall, this place is okay if you are single, in college, and don't mind inconsiderate residents. If you have a family or are responsible, I would NOT even think about it!
