The place is in poor repair. When I moved in the bathroom was gross and the tub/shower combo and faucet needed to be replaced. You are stuck with Dish network for cable, which sucks and is way more than Cox or Time Warner. The apartment has a deal with them so you don't have a choice. There is no parking for guests, period! You have to pay seperately for water/trash. The water charge is calculated for your building and divided by the number of tenants. Therefore, say you are out of town for a few weeks, you still come back to a $20-$40 water bill. Is that even legal' Speaking of trash, there is no recycling in this place. My advice, don't live here.
