VERY VERY NOISY... THE WALLS ARE LIKE PAPER
PARKING LOTS ARE VERY SMALL, YOU WILL ALWAYS ARGUE WITH THE NEIGHBOUR, I GUARANTEE.
THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF WITH THE DEPOSIT. WE CLEANED UP ALL THE APARTMENT, IT WAS LIKE NEW, AND THEY CHARGED US FOR EVERY SINGLE THING.
MANAGEMENT SUCKS BUT THE TOP MANAGER SHAYNON IS A COOL GUY, BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THE REST.
DO NOT PARK OUTSIDE, BECAUSE EVERYWEEK THE GANGS BREAK THE WINDOWS OF 5-6 CARS. CALL THE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND ASK ABOUT THE AREA.
NOT A SAFE PLACE...
DO NOT MAKE ANY MISTAKES...

I have spoken about the vehicles and theft already. I have lived on-site for 2 years and fortunately my neighbors are nice and quiet. But everyone's neighbors are different and everyone's perception of noise is different as well.
