Prado Apartments

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/24/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006 1 response   One lady in the office is rude and not helpful. The male manager is very nice and prompt to respond to requests. The hallways and stairways are dirty and smell disgusting. The stairway by my apt smelled like urine for a week until bleach was poured on it. Parking is so bad; the assigned spaces are tiny and close together, and since there are no visitor spaces my guests need to park on the street. Street parking is dangerous because there is so much vandalism. One good thing about these apts is the location, close to the freeways and malls.
