Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
The good :
-the rent is cheap
The bad:
-cable sucks at&t or dish
-Parking is a royal pain
-Crime is just unreal. If you want to take care of your car stay away. If you park on the street they will brake in if you park on your assigned spot they will still brake in and leave you on blocks ( it happened to my roomate). Motorcycles, I feel sorry for you when I bought mine I parked in my apartment.
If you still want to move in well good luck. I got out after 6 months.
