Prado Apartments

Be careful! From: DezetRay Date posted: 7/27/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I've lived here 2.5 years and it SUCKS! Management is horrible, the owners are slum lords and it SMELLS! (through the pipes) We never had new carpet and the drains are always clogged. They raise the rent every four months and they don't even take care of the place. I've been towed out of my OWN space, parking is horrible and it's a very unsafe neighborhood. Assaults, especially on females, occur more often then not. Our truck has been broken into FOUR times and everything (including tools, cigarettes and paperwork, etc etc)was stolen. They'll con you by offering you a 6 month lease and showing you all the pretty greenery. DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!! Horrible, horrible, horrible.
