I live at the Prado apartments and have been living here for 6 months. I love it. I've never once had any roaches or bug problems or even seen them on the property. The management was very accommodating and friendly. The only problem is parking. I don't have my own car but my bf does, someone stole one of his hubcaps (plastic by the way) and that was all. I suggest if you live there, get an alarm. Simple as that. We have one and had one experience and they've never come back. You can't get away from car vandalism or theft in an area like mission valley. Just try and not leave anything in your car, valuable or not. anything that looks expensive is reason enough. There is security that patrol, every time i come home from work i see them and feel better. Street parking is impossible during games but that is to be expected living next to the stadium. Other than parking, this is a great place to live at the price it is, for being in a convenient location, next to everything. I just wish the office was open on Sundays!

Yap. It is a great complex, but why the office is closed on Sunday, any way.. the most profitable day in the rental industry. I am a resident and I love it here, you get the feeling of a spa/resort with all the flowers, neat gardens and well maintained pool/jacuzzi areas.Go Brianna! The manager is fantastic... but her leasing assistants not so great, sorry. Specially Tahani (with hard middle east accent)need some special customer service training on explaining the terms of lease, community directions and all the papers that you must sing before move in. We had hard time understanding her, and afterwards had to ask neighbors on how this and that work, where is the laundry card machine, etc; I am not trying to get her fired,though...but she need some serous improvment.Oh..and don't even get me started on the other woman (the older Mexican one). She acts like she is the owner of the property, but lacks communications (seriously!)Overall, the complex is great with convenient location.
