Let me just say i have seen nicer places in Tiajuana. Elevators have piss all over the place and stink to high heaven. Other tenants leave thier stinky trash where ever they want and nothing is done about it. It smells like mold everywhere I go in the entire place. Parties all night long. Bad electrical sockets, heaters, appliances that cause $650 a month in SDG&E charges and the management does not want to address this issue.
