Already posted a review but had to add additional info as I've moved out.
It turns out you will be charged for the painting of your apartment once you move out. It says this nowhere in the contract.
I spoke with the management and they said they only waive the fee ($115) if you live there for more than one year.
Don't count on getting any of your deposit back. I'm charged for new painting, carpet cleaning, and I have to pay for everyone else in the building's utilities (as they evenly divide the bill among the tenants regardless of how much or how little you've used.)
What a horrible experience.

I would want to know my carpets were professionally cleaned before I moved in so I'm ok with that. Intresting it is such a big deal to you. Plus, $45 is cheap!
