Beautiful Landscaping and apartments From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/15/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I want to add my personal comments which are pro-Promenade not full of complaints. My roommate and I are thrilled about living here. Don't listen to the whiners; we have lived here since early 2004 and are pleased with everything. We previously lived in another MV apartment that was old and run down. Talk about college dorm life. Be happy and remember you get what you give in life.
