I have lived at the Promenade for all too long as well, seen a significant decline in upkeep over the last 9 months...time to move, quick!

Lived here for over 3 years and LOVE it. Just because you did not find it suitable to you does not mean all positive reviews are fake. This place has been far less quiet than either Archstone or Villa Dorado. We actually have guest parking and no mold or bug problem has been experienced. Cannot say them same with either of the above two properties!

In my letter to not renew my lease I noted this website. Amazingly for the next few weeks there were nothing but good reviews posted that addressed every point I put in my letter.

As I went down to pay rent TODAY I stopped in the business center just to see if this site was on any computers - and sure enough there it was and it also happened that an employee was walking around the business center... I can't imagine what they were doing - reading? Figuring out how to give bonuses to their employees for bringing up the poor rating. Compare the petty rating this place gets to anywhere downtown or even Archstone down the street and you'll see that this place is a mess and that the good reviews are employees and if you lived here for 3 years that would be quite amazing since you moved in before they were open - or were you one of the six months free if you put up with construction if you move in building one because I moved into building 2 when it opened and we're not close to 3 years because it has not been open that long. Nice try, but only employees were here that long.

Steveyuhas, nice job!!! I wish I knew about this site before moving in. I am regretting everyday, I can not wait to get out of this nightmare next year.
