Sure it is all pretty and stuff but what a joke. To start with , the noise is unbelievable. The kids, the parties. the drinking, and not to mention all the filth left behind that sometimes takes days to clean up. The sound between the walls is so bad and the floors you sometimes feel that you are having sex when it is really the guy next door. Now the resident services is a whole other story. Talk about rude. Where do these people come from. The attitude, what is with the tude. They all act so high and mighty and why, who knows. The billing practice of the water and sewer is all done on an average for your size unit and people that live there. I was gone for to weeks in one month and my bill was higher then the month before. How can that be, yet I can get no answer from the water company or resident services. Whet ever you do be sure that your parking sticker in in the most possible plan view as possible or they will tow you right out from under the parking garage. On a weekend. $190. No door to door communication. You no like a flier on the door, So if you do not stop to get the mail or take the elevator you will miss out on all the communication. It is all just bad management and very poor customer service. The place is run by to many people that have no experience. The place is also dirty. Food and spills in all the hallways that look like you will need a heavy duty scrub brush to clean is. The place needs a shower. I thought that I was moving into a dream but it is a NIGHTMARE.

Each building is totally different in noise tolerance. If you like to have parties make sure you DO NOT rent in building one. You will be disappointed!

Don't belive the hype. The noise in building 1 is just as bad. Security does nothing.

I am glad "anonymous" got towed-maybe he/she will quit parking in other peoples parking spaces. I think he/she is the one that needs a shower because this place is wonderful. I have lived in UTC and MV and Promenade is above the rest.
