Residence services are rude and dont respect you at all!! Especially if you look like you are under the age 30 and in college. They give you attitude and if you park in one hour parking for a little over an hour, even though you have lived there for 14 months they tow you and make you pay 200 dollars to get it out. The maintenance guys just walk right into your house if you dont answer on their first knock... even though they know you are in the shower because obviously the water is running and they stay their even when you get out naked. The water bills are split between the whole building so they are around 175.00 (if not... more) a month. They jip you on gas and electric even when you dont even use your air conditioning and are never home. (our average bill is about 200.00) The internet and the cable company (SBC) clicks in and out so you dont have constant internet access and the cable on the tv is unclear. the security guards are never around and when they are they hit on you. we hated the promenade and cant wait to get out. dont move here. not recommended

I don't see how they tow you if you are parking in vistor parking more than an hour we were there for two hours on three different occassions to once look at the place and meet individuals (staff) and twice and the third time to scout on our own. We had no problems... It seems like there are alot of bratty college kids tbat are complaining and also ruining the experience for others. Stop your complaining it could always be worst
