Well, I've lived here for the past two years. These are my observations. The Bad: The elevators are always broken. This is frustrating especially if you have groceries, have to use the bathroom, or just want to get home. Most of the time I take the stairs. People don't put their trash where it belongs. They just chuck it in the trash room and it plain stinks! The noise used to be real bad. Parties till dawn, and drunk people screaming at each other doesn't make for a pleasant evening. Somebody stole my potted plant I kept outside. What the hell! I called the front desk and they told me to call the police! I nearly fell out of my chair. The Good: It's so close to everything. The coffee shop downstairs is great! I work five minutes away. No noise from neighbors (I live on top floor). Wonderful trolley access. A major PLUS!

The elevator in our building isn't broke but definitely needs to be reinspected. I have been thinking about bringing that to someones attention. I love the coffee shop. I keep hearing all of these horror stories on here and it doesn't seem like that at all in my building you can come be my neighbor lol
