i wrote a review a while back when i really did love this place...but i must say, i'm serioulsy disappointed that so much has changed...

noise doesn't bother me (though it did get signficantly louder) but drunk people peeing in the lawn does! how can they advertise civilized living'''

towing is fine if people break the rules, but you've got to have enough parking spots for residents...serveral times, i came home at 10pm (not 2 in the monring) and was unable to find a spot. if they really cared about residents, they would offer enough spots so people don't park illegally and get towed.

the 6pm club room rule does suck b/c the rooms are usually reserved on the weekends so you're paying for something you cna't use.

dont' recommend this place!

to the *ss that said reviewers need a life, people write these things to help others out. if you're not using this for that reason, then why are you here'

and that cal''girl who's writing responses to every complaint, are you hired by managemt to defend this place and trick people into moving in...

I am definitely not hired by the management wish I was though then I wouldn't have to pay so much in rent. I live in building 3 with my family. I have come in contact with a few people who like it here also. I just think you have to take the good with the bad. Its definitely much better than the place i was living in on the east coast. I am sorry you are having such a bad time here hopefully you will find somewhere that you enjoy just don't go to la mirage they definitely don't have parking. I tell you what your probably the one that parked in my spot who knows. Anyways I appreciate you triyng to save people from a "bad place" but I am sure a few people agree with me when I rather see for myself. Ever hear the situation where when someone is dissappointed with a company they write bad reviews and find a way to advertise it but when someone gets the service that they deserve they don't brag much about it. That is how I feel about these sites. Good luck in your search.

I almost moved in here but I moved to Portofino. Both seem to suck... but PORTOFINO ACTUALLY SEEMS BETTER! OMG
