this place seemed perfect when i moved in. however, i feel it's all a scheme to get you locked into an overpriced apartment. i like the idea of having security cards for entry into the buildings and parking lots, but it's such a joke. anyone can get in at any time. the staff here is horrible. they don't care about you at all. the parking for guests is a real pain. if you have someone over for the night and they got there before 6 so you couldn't get a parking permit, you have to wake up at 9am and rush over to the resident services office to get them a pass so that they car isn't towed. ya, sure, you can risk it, but wouldn't that be awful' if you want to use the clubrooms at 6 on a weekend, you have to book it like 2-3 months in advance. the trolley is nice, but will you actually use it' also, if you live along the river, the trolley is really loud and runs until after 2 am on the weekends and for "special"events. only advice is to ask detailed questions if you are checking this place out. it seems very nice on home like, but the people aren't nice, the staff are a bunch of pricks, and the elevators take for ever, and that's if they aren't broken.
