If anyone who does not believe the negative reviews here, all you have to do is come down and speak to some of the residents. Stuff like excessive noise, way too loud partying, unhelpfull staff who is combative and grating always, peeing all over the hallways, elevators, and stairwells, parking issues like residents who park legally and the car is registered in the lease getting towed at will, parking permits that do not correlate with your lease and no system to see if a car belongs to a resident or not, no soundproofing in the apartments, fit and finish is shoddy, shower backs up everyday, my toilet overflows when another is flushed in a different apartment, tiles coming off, rich kids kicking in the elevator doors, i could go on and on.

I have been living in building 6 for over a year and can not believe all the complaining, the rich kids party and it gets so loud... blah blah blah. Too bad, when I get pissed about noise coming from another apt. (and this goes for anywhere I've ever lived and has happened to me as well) I simply knock on the door and tell them to PLEASE KEEP IT DOWN and that usually solves it. If that doesn't do it CALL SECURITY OR FORMALLY COMPLAIN TO THE OFFICE. I see no solution in bitching about it on the internet, but go ahead, vent out frustration in whatever way makes you feel better...Keep feeling angry about the problem because you have no guts and can't take a minute out of your life to fix it.
