I moved out last year after numerous attempts to get the management to stop the partying til 4am. (live with small child)Always paid my rent on time, gave them notice to leave after they refused to respond to any of my letters,... They took $1900 in deposit and just got a collection agency looking to get another $2000 for a cancellation fee. AFTER 1 YEAR! I just served the management and the owners... If anyone is willing to give me a testimonial to take to court I would be extremely appreciative. We have to stop these crooks!

instead of backing out of your signed lease you should have thought about changing to another apt. maybe in another building. after living in one for three months if it isn't working out for you the office would have allowed you to change apt.s, even if you don't have a serious problem but feel like a different floor plan or whatever... that sucks if you had no idea about this option.
