I love everything about the Promenade and wanted to be sure there were great comments on this predominately one-sided website. Not enough people take the time to write positive things so I would like to change that. I have enjoyed living here for the past year and look forward to renewing for many more.

The reason this is a onesided website is because there is next to nothing good to say about this apartment complex! If the complex and the management actually did something right for a change, I would be the first to write a positive comment. It wouldn't surprise me, after living here two years, to find out the positive comments on this site actually came from management trying to make it sound better!

Just how many of these 5 rating entries are falsely generated by Promenade staff members? They are way too sweet and completely out of touch with the realities of living in this HELL HOLE!

My guess is that many of the negative ratings have been left by students who've been reprimanded or evicted. There are also a lot of overpaid and undereducated people in San Diego. Most of them are extremely angry 24-7, as they drive their monster trucks all over town, sh**ting on everyone else. Those are the kind of people that are posting on this board. Believe me, this is what 75% of San Diegans are like, especially east of the I-5! This is the most backwards city in California. Head to SanFran or Los Angeles, or anywhere in between.
