This is my first time reading this web page and I'm surprise of the comments. Myself and my family love the Promenade. We don't have any of the problems that the other people have. I do however have a few remarks. My husband and myself understand that we are moving into a apartment community. People will be living around us. So know this we always take our time picking our next apartment home. Courtyard views mean more noise. We have kids need 1st floor. Don't like the street need river view. What to be close to elevtor. You pick your apartment......
