great place to live... From: neckpunch Date posted: 5/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   ... and every single time I'm driving in or out I'm reminded I live in paradise. The fountain is a huge beautiful work of art and the landscaping is well maintained, every time I turn around I see palm trees, birds of paradise, friendly faces on fellow happy neighbors (a lot of pretty people in nicer cars)... The San Diego river is just a couple of steps away along with plenty of stores and the mission valley mall is about block away, the trolly stops here and parking has yet to be a problem for me. i think people are strange when they don't consider things before signing a lease such as noise, crime, parking, parties, etc... I LOVE IT HERE AND DON'T EVER WANT TO LEAVE!!!
