I've lived here for a year and was about to move to a different area for a job relocation. I was looking at other properties and decided to take a look at the Promenade to see how they compared. I have to say that I was surprised to see the negative comments. I've had a few problems with noise in the year I've been here, but that's to be expected. Other than that, I've been very happy here. The staff is friendly, and the maintenence responds within a day. I ended up renewing my lease for another year because my job opportunity didn't fall through. I would definatley recomend this to a friend.
