When my husband and I were looking for an apartment we decided not to listen to all of the comments and see for ourselves. BIG MISTAKE!!! We are both military and a young family. We haven't had a good night sleep in months because of the people that live in the apartments across the street. At 2 am they will honk their honks yell laugh and carry on. And don't think security will take care of it. We tried reporting them but we were told to "get used to it" being that it is around college graduation time. And the other day we were in the courtyard with our infant son and he was walking and stepped on a freaking condom we reported that but it was gapped off. The computers are always broke you can't even check your email and when you go to tell them they will say well some sites just wont come up sorry nothing can be done. And to make matters worst they will sit there and put letters on your door for the smallest things like leaving your mop in site on your patio..... but yet they can't take care or deal with important things. People drive so fast they are liable to hit someone in the garage... They almost hit my son. It's a disaster. Beautiful on the outside a major wreck and when we have talked to cops out in town they even tell us that place is a total mess. I even heard from one of my neighbors they are making him pay 5 grand just to move out in expenses early termination and a month rent.
