Jan 2007 - I have moved to building 6. Apartment is ok size and faces out onto the road, so get quite a bit of light, no sunshine into the apartment though but we do hear a lot of traffic noise and especially resident's who insist on having huge tucks with noisy exhausts and who speed through the road past the apartments and over the road bumps too fast or beep their horns late at night. The soundproofing between apartments is not good and we often hear other residents tv's, especially if they have too much bass on their speakers and insist on watching tv really loud. We often hear cars screeching away from the road late at night - I'm assuming this is them being stolen from right outside'' Or maybe they are all just crap drivers who like to ruin their tyres! The complex could benefit greatly from CCTV cameras watching over resident's vehicles and the main roads through the apartment and also to add recycling bins beside the mail boxes, for the huge amount of junk mail we receive, which is just put in the trash.
