Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
I lived here 2004-2006 and it was OK. Building 2 was pretty quiet, the occasional crazy college student screaming but not often. Sound proofing is not great but I've lived in worse places and being on the top floor helped. Access to the trolley right outside is SO convenient, I took it all the time. Parking was fine, no one ever parked in my assigned spot. Maintenance was wonderful, they fixed everything right the first time.
