Stolen Motorcycle

My 1 week old 2007 Suzuki motorcycle was STOLEN out of the parking garage #3 on a sunday night. A suspicious security guard was seen at the crime scene, but denied knowing anything.
One week later, another brand new motorcycle was STOLEN from the same parking garage.
After some research. I found that six months ago someone had a brand new Toyota pick-up truck STOLEN from the same parking garage.
Another guy I talked to had his license plate STOLEN from his new pick-up truck.
The people at residential services did not seem to care too much, and said it was out of their hands.
Something doesn't smell right, and I think it has "Inside Job" written all over it.
