In moving to San Diego, I read reviews on this website of the Promenade and concluded that if you were a responsible renter who understood that not every place was perfect, your experience at the Promenade would be fine. I was unfortunately mistaken. My worst experience ever with a management company has been at the Promenade. The staff can be extremely rude, but what's worse is their complete lack of communication and organization amongst themselves. If you have to deal with this management company, make them sign everything you give them, and make them give you a copy. They will conveniently lose your written notice or any correspondance from you that makes them look bad, and don't let them give you a conclusion on anything without knowing the full name of the person you spoke to and who they report to. Better yet, put everything in writing, and make them sign it that they acknowledge receiving it.

I completely aggree with everything said here. The office staff have b-level administrative skills and are condescending and rude.
