The place was wonderful, the staff is willing to help and the place has great amenities.I always felt like I was coming home to a resort. However, when we went to move out, not only myself, but my ex girlfriend as well had lived their and the moving out expenses are ridiculous. We put down a $250 deposit and on top of that when we moved out we were charged an additional on top of the deposit $515 for repainting, re-carpeting and cleaning. I think that $715 way too much, since the carpet had not been replaced prior to our move in per the yellow stain on the carpet and the place had not been repainted I actually knew the lady that moved out of the place. Take pictures and get everything in writing. They have screwed way too many people I know on the moving out costs. I never had any parties or was playing football in our apartment to cause this kind of damage that they are claiming. Also the person that handles the accounting their is an IDIOT she does not even know basic math. STAY CLEAR OF INCOMPETENTS LIKE -------. For the Money you should get the service.
