I've lived at the Promenade Rio Visa Apts. for 1 1/2 years. It's been an ok place to live. It has it's problems but what place doesn't. It's way to expensive so if you are on a budget do not move to these apartments.
Resident Services has an accountant that can't keep track of rent checks. They have lost 2 of our rent checks and made us out to be scum for not paying our rent. We now pay our rent with a cashiers check and keep a copy of all checks in case they want to accuse us of not paying.
They always have a problem with the water. The hot water goes out, then the cold water goes out. It's been over 3 hours and we still do not have cold water today. No notice of any sort for these issues.
