Fantastic place under the right circumstances

I note that this establishment isn't rated higher, so I ask the question, where does everybody move to' Or does everybody simply ----- about everywhere they go' Grass always greener on the other side'
I moved here because the Promenade filled my basic qualifications - good location, quiet, ample garage parking, and a washer / dryer. Many people complain about the noise here, but if you live on the top floor, you don't have these problems. There are a lot of college students here, and yes, college students will be college students. There are lots in San Diego, so it's tough to get away from them. The garage has plenty of spaces, and if you have any street-sense, then you won't leave valubles in plain view to tempt theives. I have had no problems whatsoever, even with a high-profile vehicle. There have been a few motorcycle thefts, but those motorcycles had no anti-theft locking mechanisms (then again, there are a lot of bike thefts in San Diego in general). My biggest complaints include my noisy washer and dryer and the trolley driver who loves to honk. Overall, great place to live - awesome gym, decent pool with grills, reasonable management - I plan on staying here another year!
