so i read a million bad reviews and i was soooo scared moving in here :( i have lived @ the promenade now for 2 months and i LOVE it!! it can be a little noisy, but thats anywhere you live, including detached homes..i have never lost sleep over noise and its really quite peaceful during the day..every now and then on a saturday night you might hear a drunk yell or two, but nothing to lose sleep over. I live in building four, facing outward and i have the biggest floorplan and i absolutely love it. I get fresh air with the windows open and tons of sun light! i can lightly hear footsteps above me when my neighbor walks, but like i said, no big deal. i would recommend this place to anyone! i look forward to the next year of living here :)

i don't work for the promenade, i work for toyota....i find it amusing that every single person that writes a good response gets accused of being an employee..i'm sorry your life sucks, but i like it here..if i have any issues in the future, i will post a blog about it, but as of right now..i love the promenade and whoever doesnt should move and stop complaining@!
