^^^^Me neither.
But I too have seen a few people with dogs. Hasnt bothered me as I havent heard any barking. Nevertheless, I cant assume that those people live here since I only see them outside by Wahoos or the cafe shop. Never within the facilities.
Security doors not working? Ive never heard/experience that. Nor the elevator. The computers have all worked from what Ive seen. They're kinda slow sometimes though. Fax machine is free though :)
Flooding in the garage? Havent heard of that either. Kinda hard to believe though since there are two levels. I havent lived here through rainy weather though so I can only attest to the 3 months Ive lived here.

I have lived here for almost 6 years and I have loved it. Otherwise I would not have stayed here when their are so many different communities to choose from. With that said I agree with the two responses above in that I can't believe the original writer and think there is something more to the story. In either case, its not professional to make up things just to try and get management to look bad. If they were that desperate to get attention who knows what rules they might have broken themselves. With that said here are my responses to their claims...a) I have never had any problems with maintenance. When the batteries for the smoke detectors were beeping we got him to respond within a few minutes even at 11:00pm at night. For the most part I barely have needed them at all which also shows the quality of their work. b) Recently on 1 occasion the security door in building 1 did not work for a couple of days but that was only due to them having to wait to get the part in for them to fix it. c) Elevator broke for months at a time, never have experienced that. Here is an example of the writer exaggerating as there are some days an elevator here and there are broken and again it gets fixed as soon as they can get the repairman out. d) The basement garage has never flooded in building 1 even during heavy rains. This doesn't mean you never see water down there as the cleaning crew has been seen cleaning the floors with water. e) True dogs are not allowed in the apartments but like any other business they do have to allow for service animals. f) I personally have barely used either computer center as I have my own computers at home but everyday I see plenty of residents using them so I can't believe the writer is being truthful here either. g) Compared to other nearby complexes in Mission Vally I have found them to be priced right. Don't think I haven't compared prices of nearby communities each time my lease as been up to ensure I am getting a good deal and every time I come back due to my quality of living here being matched with their rates.

My door to go out to the patio was not closing all the way. They came and took it all apart and re-did it all. Wow. They came to fix something else a different time too and again were here in 24 hours and got to things quick. Yeah it is annoying when the elevators and stuff don't work but it happens. I noticed the elevators being broke maybe 2 or 3 times in my year here so far and it is fixed within a few hours. I see a lot of dogs too but when one across the way was barking non stop I called them to complain and they took care of it. I have not heard the dog since.

I have seen dogs INSIDE the buildings. In fact there is a dog on the patio of the apartment right next to the elevator in my building. Also the computers NEVER work. They seriously have tons of virus' and the printers are ALWAYS broken or out of paper. Its crazy for the amount of money we pay they could at least make sure theyre stuff is working properly.
