This place looks great on the outside; the leasing office staff is super kind and helpful. HOWEVER, once you sign your lease it's over. The Resident's Services staff are the most snobbish, condescending, unkind ppl you will ever meet in your life. They are totally discriminatory towards college aged residents. They will tow your car regardless of whether you reside there. It s a beautiful place to live but having to put up with the ppl at Resident Services definitely puts a black cloud over living there.

I agree 100 percent. They are rude to anyone who looks younger than they do. Although I am not that young I look like Im around 21 or 22 and the way the interact with me is completely different from how they interact with other older looking residents. Discrimination? absolutely.

I couldn't agree more. The management is apathetic, immature and damn proud of it. I'm one of those weirdos who actually likes enjoying existing in a positive, fun environment. My girlfriend and I made the (ultra-dumb) decision of signing a year lease, but we will bail out of it. Thanks, ----!

It is clearly evident that they are completely unorganized. They posted signs offering the call box service to residents so you can buzz guests up. We called to set it up and ----- said it would take 24 to 48 hours. IT TOOK TWO WEEKS and like five phone calls to finally get it set up. Ridiculous! They need a new staff down there, BAD.
